LIVE, WORK & PLAY IN THE HEART OF PARK HILL
HISTORY
Park Hill Neighborhood
Founded in 1887, Park Hill was originally a small 32-acre development located in the western part of present-day South Park Hill. The growth of Park Hill began thirteen years later, at the turn of the 20th century, when the first homes were built in the neighborhood. Over the years, Park Hill saw a lot of cultural diversity and much of that tradition continues today at Park Hill Commons, located at the heart of Park Hill. The history of the area can still be seen in the array of vintage home styles that include Queen Anne Victorian and American Craftsman homes. Building upon the diversity of the area, Park Hill Commons is a unique place where business owners and residents can come together and prosper.
LIFESTYLE
Community
Bringing people together is the vision behind Park Hill Commons. It’s more than just a diverse neighborhood in a prime location, it’s a residential, retail and office space hub where neighbors and business owners can connect and build lasting relationships. One of the features of Park Hill Commons is The Space, a central park where residents and business owners can gather for conversation, outdoor activities and events. Business people and young professionals who live in the area love their work, and understand that career and lifestyle can come together to create the perfect work-life balance.
For Fun
With miles of bike trails in Park Hill and the surrounding area, this eclectic neighborhood takes pedestrian-friendly to a whole new level. Some errands can be taken care of without ever leaving the neighborhood. And with the neighborhood restaurants, brewery, cafes and boutique shops, you can set out on foot to grab a morning coffee before work, enjoy a fine dining and locally crafted beer at the end of the work day, and go shopping on a weekend afternoon, all without leaving Park Hill Commons.
Convenient Location
Although many young professionals in the neighborhood enjoy careers where work and play can come together, there is plenty of opportunity for family fun and leisure. In less than 10 minutes, families can bike to City Park to enjoy an educational, fun-filled day at the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. And you don’t even need your own bike.
