Hard Hat Happy Hour at Park Hill Commons

Please join BusinessDen staff and readers for our final event of 2019 as we get a sneak peek at Park Hill Commons, a mixed-use project under construction on the 2800 block of North Fairfax Street by Denver-based HM Capital.

The project, which broke ground earlier this year, is set to feature residential, retail and office space — all wrapped around a city park. Sexy Pizza is one of five retail tenants already committed.

Come to hear from Ben Maxwell, president of HM Capital, and for an open bar and generous food. Tickets for the event, held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., can be purchased here.
